Pontedera (Pisa) - The Town of the Vespa, the capital of the Design on 2 wheels. This small town is very active from the cultural point of view and it is becoming a more and more important artistic centre able to collect and place on its territory pieces of works of contemporary artists, known at international level.

It is located between Pisa and Florence, in the middle of the northern central area, which from the hills in the north of Florence winds towards the wide costal area among Livorno, Pisa and Lucca. This is the Tuscan area which assembles more than 70% of the entire population and concentrates more than ¾ of the business activities of the whole region (more than 75% of employees).
