There are just a few days left to the closing event of the 22nd edition of Mittelmoda The Fashion Award which will be held in Vicenza Sunday May 17th in the prestigious setting of the brand new pavilion of the Vicenza fair district, as part of the international event Origin, Passion and Beliefs.
Istituto Modartech is proud to count among the 26 finalists coming from all over the world, one of the most coveted and internationally known fashion competitions, one of its ex students.
Pamela Baldini, a graduate in architecture, theatrical costume designer, and a lover of art and costume history, she developed her high fashion collection Juliet Morris Couture, in the ambit of the Fashion Design Job Master course, the innovative project of Istituto Modartech that accompanies and supports aspiring designers in the market launch of their collection.
Pamela was chosen by a jury of industry experts, led by Matteo Marzotto, among the finalists of the 22nd edition of the important international competition for emerging designers and Fashion Design students.
The young and talented designer has achieved the coveted goal of the final with an interesting project of High Fashion collection inspired by the heroines of art and literature, icons of a timeless femininity, in balance between culture of the past and avant-garde in the section “womenswear”, for the Lectra Special Prize “Fil Rouge Defilé” event, an invitation-only special section for schools Lectra Italia Privilege Partners</ strong >, as Istituto Modartech.
Pamela’s precious clothes will be further enhanced by the creations of Violavinca, a footwear brand that combines the skills and artisan values of a Tuscan company with decades of experience in the production of luxury women’s shoes.
While waiting for the finalists of the finalist collections that will parade on a catwalk set up for the occasion and will bring to Vicenza a unique taste of the creative sensibility of the fashion through varied and innovative interpretations from all over the world, Istituto Modartech wishes good luck to Pamela!
