A perfect concentration of highly specialized leather companies compose the Leather Industrial District of S. Croce sull\u2019Arno<\/strong>, the full process from tanning to the finished top quality leather. The Footwear District of Castelfranco<\/strong>, with manufacturing companies which design and produce shoes for the most important international fashion brand, and the Textile & Apparel District of Empoli<\/strong>, famous worldwide for the hand made quality of coats, raincoats, outerwear and leather garments, furthermore the Hi-Tech District \u201cArno Valley\u201d<\/strong> where universities, research centers and IT companies work on robotics, rapid prototyping, web solutions, innovative materials.<\/p>\n The collaboration with institutions, companies, excellences of the territory \u2013 the Institute of Bio robotics of the Scuola Superiore Sant\u2019Anna, the Piaggio Foundation, the G.
