Two-day event dedicated to Design in all its forms, from communication to product design to the world of fashion.

Crea©tivity is the Festival that every year sees hundreds of students in the splendid setting of the Piaggio Museum in a creative exchange with the protagonists of important companies.

Crea©tivity 2023 | SMART FUTURE

The annual appointment with Crea©tivity ended on Friday 24 November 2023.

Central theme of this edition “SMART FUTURE”: focus on the use of intelligent and low-impact solutions to create more effective and ecological products and services, reducing waste, particularly in the fashion sector; innovative upcycling and circular design solutions.

Istituto Modartech was involved as promoter and organizer of the area dedicated to Fashion, offering its experience available to participants during the event.

As part of the WorkOut – Workshop Area Fashion, tutors and teachers of the courses  Fashion and Communication  have made their professionalism available, creativity and experience.

In the Expo Area, on display are the garments designed by our students as part of the creative project created with the company Com.I.Stra, which has been involved in the trade and transformation of wool regenerated from textile waste.

An important opportunity for collaboration, creativity and discussion for students, tutors and the world of design.

Congratulations to the students of the degree course in Communication Design for the awards awarded to the universities: first prize for the “Ecoback” project and special mention for the “SheTag” project.

Crea©tivity 2022 | Wonder Line

The annual appointment with Crea©tivity ended on Friday 18 November 2022.

Istituto Modartech was involved as promoter and organizer of the area dedicated to Fashion, offering its experience available to participants during the event.

As part of the WorkOut – Workshop in the Fashion Area, the Fashion Design teachers of Istituto Modartech made their professionalism, creativity and experience available.

In the Expo Area, the “Inside My Meta” fashion collection was presented: the concept of this project is based on the new frontier of virtual experiences, the Metaverse, through inspirations from the world of gaming, anime, and hi-tech.

Focus also on the Pecha Kucha Night where the students of the Communication Design course presented an educational project.

An important opportunity for collaboration, creativity and discussion for students, tutors and the world of design.

The students of the Fashion Design course of  Istituto Modartech participated with enthusiasm and they won with their project “Touch and clean” in the “INTERACTION” category.

Special mention to the “Vivi e vai” project by the first year students of Communication Design.

Crea©tivity 2021 | Transeetion

Crea©tivity has dedicated this edition to the theme “Transeetion”.

This year’s theme ties the reflections and activities of the event hand in hand between visions and contradictions in the upcoming transitions, a call to action, between objectives and perplexities.

Istituto Modartech was involved as coordinator and organizer of the Fashion & Communication Design area, offering its experience to participants during the event. The institute opened the event with a discussion talk, which was attended by academicsprofessionals and creatives, on the issues of sustainability, technology and inclusivity, increasingly present in the fashion sector and subjects of contemporary trend communications.

The Open Conference was attended by Leonardo Cappelloresearcher of the Biorobotics InstituteSilvia Gambijournalist and founder of Solo Sustainable Fashion, and Emilia Torcinistudent of the Fashion Design Course and winner of the Vogue Talents Award 2021. To enrich the two days also Fashion & Communication Workouts, where Modartech teachers made their professionalism, creativity and experience available.

High school students also had the opportunity to get involved and discover their talent by winning two scholarships allocated by Istituto Modartech to take part in the Undergraduate courses in Fashion and Communication Design.

Crea©tivity 2020 – Digital Edition | Re-connection

Crea©tivity dedicated this edition to the theme “Re-connection. Emerging teaching and not emergency teaching”.

An event in digital version, inserted in a constantly updated online portal where interventions related to the issues of training, guidance and entrepreneurship have alternated for the new generations.

Istituto Modartech was involved as coordinator and organizer of the Fashion & amp; Communication Design, offering its experience available to participants during the event.

In the opening Open Conference Matteo Minà, professor of Istituto Modartech, journalist MF Fashion and, in the Workout intervened as speaker Fashion & amp; Communication, the teachers of the Modartech Institute made their professionalism, creativity and experience available.

As part of the Design Area, the Institute also presented an exhibition through a virtual reality platform: a selection of projects created by students, some of which presented during the main events of the fashion industry.

Congratulations to our students who have won two special awards in the workshop:

  • 1st prize for the project “Protect what you love for a fearless and more connected future” with Cecilia Colca first year student of Fashion Design course. An award for the originality of the story and the graphic rendering of the video and its editing, which has favored the manual aspect.
  • special mention for the “ Local Mind” project created by the 1st year students of Communication Design course: Giulia Polacci, Lucrezia Rossi, Giada Zambernardi. An advertising concept with effective and functional communication designed for digital channels.

Crea©tivity 2019 | Conn•Action

Crea©tivity dedicated this edition to the theme of Connection, #connaction as a moment of exchange and comparison.

Istituto Modartech was involved as promoter and organizer of the area dedicated to Fashion, offering its own experience available to participants during the event.

The opening conference was attended by speakers from the Fashion Area: the lawyer Luca Giannini, owner of Giannini & Associati and Alessandro Drudi, Hr manager Aeffe Group. Also engaging the performance of the actor Roberto Ciufoli, in the role of Corradino D’Ascanio, creator of the Vespa, symbol of Italian design.

As part of the WorkOut – Fashion Area Workshop, Istituto Modartech Fashion Design teachers offered their professionalism, creativity and experience.

In the Expo Area, the fashion collection created by the students of the CAD Apparel Pattern Making course “Dark Heritage Collection“, inspired by the work of the great gurus of international fashion and characterized by geometries and volumes in a game of contrasts. Focus also on Pecha Kucha Night, where the students of the course Communication Design presented an educational project.

Congratulations to the students of the Fashion Design course who have won two special prizes in the Fashion-University section of the workshop: 1st prize with the project “Relup“, special mention with the project “The Connection Change“. Mention also for the communication area with the “Role Play” project.

Crea©tivity dedicated this edition to the theme of Materialization and Dematerialization in design and creativity.

Istituto Modartech was involved as promoter and organizer of the area dedicated to Fashion, offering its own experience to participants during the different moments foreseen by the event.

During the Open Conference, Marcela Frias, Warda group, the platform that supports the business of companies in the fashion, luxury and retail sectors, and Marco Ruffa Marketing and Communication Director of Peuterey, an Italian brand of outerwear specialized in strong innovation and experimentation.

Following the WorkOut – Fashion Workshop Area, Istituto Modartech Fashion Design teachers offered their professionalism, creativity and experience.

In the Expo Area, the fashion collection created by the students of the Fashion Design course “Artisanal Technology” was presented, a capsule collection featuring from craftsmanship, tradition, with workmanship and handmade details.

Congratulations to the students of the Fashion Design course who have won two special prizes in the Fashion-University section of the workshop: 1st prize with the project “Synesthesia “, special mention with the project “Multimedia Clothes“.

Crea©tivity 2017 | Hybridesign

Crea©tivity has dedicated this edition to the theme of hybrid. Technical hybridization, creative hybridization, social hybridization. Hybrid design as a moment of exchange and comparison, a journey through the territories where synergies, encounters and contaminations become fertile design language.

During the Open Conference, Steve LuccisanoMaCoEV talked about Hybrid in the fashion world: from creative processes, to business models, to sales forms, up to professional figures.

As part of the WorkOut – Fashion Area Workshop , the Modartech Institute of Fashion Design teachers offered their professionalism, creativity and experience.

And in the closing Plenary conference, Marco Casali Modartech partner, with a contribution from CAD_Lumiscaphe Strategies, focusing on real objects and virtual contents, in the context of product sharing and online web configurations, dedicated to the world of fashion and design.

In the Expo Area, the fashion collection created by the students of the Fashion Design course “Sustainable Message“, based on the concept of quality through the enhancement of research, traceability and reuse in all its forms.

Congratulations to Modartech students who have won three special prizes in the workshop: 1st prize with the project “IDRA” in the Product section, special mention with the project “Nostalgic Future” In the Communication section, special mention with the project “The Coin Coat” in the Fashion section.

Istituto Modartech becomes one of the promoters of the event as well as taking care, as usual, of the Fashion area. The contexts in which the Institute was present were different: in the Opening Conference, with an excellent keynote speaker Alessandra Carta, Fashion Designer and Visual Merchandising Consultant and Creative Director of Istituto Modartech, which brought her vision and experience.

As part of the WorkOut – Fashion Area Workshop, the Fashion Design teachers of Istituto Modartech offered their professionalism, creativity and experience.

In the Plenary closing conference, the Institute presented some educational projects developed during the year by Modartech students in collaboration with top brands of the Made in Italy (from Poste Italiane to Vespa – Piaggio Group).

Nell’ambio del WorkOut – Workshop Area Fashion, i docenti di Fashion Design dell’Istituto Modartech hanno messo a disposizione la loro professionalità, creatività ed esperienza.

In the Expo Area, the fashion collection created by the students of the Fashion Design course “ Vespa Style Creative Project” was presented, a tribute to the first 70 years of the Vespa through the use of sustainable materials and hi-tech processes.

Congratulations to the students of the Fashion Design course who won a special award in the Fashion-University section of the workshop: special mention with the project “Mossaico“.
