At the age of 21, young designer Cecilia Colca has transformed her passion for drawing and fashion into a successful career, culminating in the presentation of her capsule collection at Fashion Graduate Italy 2023 at Base Milano.
Titled “Naiveness”, the collection serves as an invitation to detach from the overwhelming routine of adulthood and rediscover the lightness of childhood. It seamlessly combines typically adult garments, such as shirts and suits, with ‘childlike’ drawings and playful accessories, providing the project with elegance without compromising its vivacity.
This creative combination has captured the attention of significant figures in the industry, leading Vogue to highlight Cecilia as one of the most interesting emerging designers, distinguishing her among the numerous talents participating in the 2023 edition of Fashion Graduate Italy.
Currently, Cecilia is undergoing an internship at Max Mara, where she holds the role of Collection Coordinator.
