Milan Fashion Week was a week full of prizes and emotions where the students of Istituto Modartech presented creative projects on the catwalks of the main international competitions, meeting companies and professionals in the sector who recognized contemporaneity, research and know-how. assigning prestigious awards.

In this context, Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda ETS, an association that brings together the best teaching institutes, academies and universities in the Italian territory in the fashion and design branch, of which Istituto Modartech is a part, has received an award designed to enhance projects strengthening the link of fashion to the city of Milan.

CAMILLA MANNINI SHINES AT MICAM

Camilla Mannini, student of the degree course in Fashion Design, wins the “Bags and Shoes” Mittemoda award assigned by MICAM and MIPEL.

The Fashion Designer stood out in the international competition that saw the participation of students from 13 countries with her collection “Under the same sky” characterized by:

ERIKA GUARINO WINS THE DHL AWARD

At the Fashion HUB, a space created by the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana as part of Milan Fashion Week, DHL presented the new courier uniform created by the Upcycling project that promotes original, creative and green ideas; the new creation was created by the student Erika Guarino of the Fashion Design degree course who gave new life to DHL’s discarded jumpsuits under the sign of creativity.

FASHION COMMUNITY AWARDS – CHI E’ CHI AWARDS

For the first time, the Fashion & The City award is awarded by the Municipality of Milan and Chi è Chi to Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda ETS.

The award was given by Alessia Cappello, Councelor for Economic Development and Employment Policies with responsibility for Fashion and Design of the Municipality of Milan, to Matteo Secoli, President of the Board of Directors of PSFM.
