A privileged opportunity to develop synergies with the network of companies and carry out creative projects where the talent of the students offers new visions and interpretations. An opportunity for young people, companies and professionals to meet, under the banner of creativity and innovation, developing real projects with a multidisciplinary approach and teamwork, in a unique training experience.
Creativity and innovation come together in the Modartech Creative Exhibition, “Sinergie Creative – Talents Evolution”, set up on the occasion of the 106th edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo.
On display are the outfits of Modartech students, in which the connection between different worlds takes us on a journey between contemporary visions, freedom of expression, research and experimentation.
Two projects on display: the one created with Manteco, through the reuse of used garments and sustainable fabrics to create a capsule collection; the one developed with Berto, with creations designed for two-wheel lovers aimed at celebrating the 140 years of the Piaggio Group and total denim looks enhanced by advanced lasering techniques by Jeanologia, applied on various types of fabric.
Istituto Modartech brought its show event to “The Social Hub” on the occasion of the 105th edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo.
Focus on the exhibition, entitled “Fashion Future”, with a selection of projects created by Modartech talents, who have combined the centuries-old traditions of craftsmanship Italian with the most advanced technologies of the future. A celebration of Made in Italy in which each garment and accessory goes beyond aesthetics, thanks to the use of intelligent materials, 3D printing, laser cutting and innovative manufacturing.
Also on display is a section of special projects curated by D-house, Pattern Group’s research and development laboratory and prototypes developed by the Institute of Biorobotics of the Sant’Anna High School.
Modartech students presented the garments created in collaboration with some important local brands on the occasion of the 104th edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo.
For Bob Company they worked on an upcycling project, which saw the recovery of ‘defective’ t-shirts, with holes and dye stains, to which they donated new life. For Rifò they designed a capsule collection. The winner is Giada Rinaldi’s project, “Elements of Nature”, a collection in regenerated cashmere and denim for children and adults designed with safety and respect for the environment. Finally, Giacomo Bacci has launched a challenge to test himself with the high craftsmanship of “made to measure”. Research, technique and manipulation to innovate classic garments with second-hand natural fabrics and give life to a new design.
On the occasion of the 103rd edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo, Istituto Modartech presented the creative exhibition “Ten years of sustainability: from words to deeds” at “The Social Hub” to celebrate the green and eco-sustainable soul of the institute.
The collections created by Modartech students explore new horizons from manufacturing to fabrics, up to the use of new materials while respecting the environment. An installation in which projects developed in a 100% green way are shown: from leather made from mushrooms, to the use of recycled materials, to waste leather, to natural fabrics, to vegetable dyes. A path that enhances the return to the origins and the rediscovery of the roots, enhancing the encounter between creativity, territory, artisan knowledge and sustainability.
The 102nd edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo establishes the collaboration with Zerosettanta Studio, the historic brand of the Landi family.
An educational project that combines research, experimentation and planning and which involved a group of Modartech students leading to the selection of the seasonless collection by Erika Guarino and the men’s sportswear collection by Carlotta Citi.
The promising designers conceived and developed a line of garments on display at the fair in front of agents, international buyers and the press and then went on sale in the collection Spring Summer 2023 of the Landi brand.
On the occasion of the 101st edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo Modartech presents a capsule designed and produced by students, involved in the creation of a line of limited edition garments that speak the language of Generation Z and highlight the values of the institute between craftsmanship, sustainability, second hand and innovation, embracing the supply chain of the Tuscan districts.
An exclusive digital preview reserved for the press, institutions, partners and sector experts to get to know the soul of Modartech Collection Project.

Istituto Modartech and Lectra present the first capsule collection for Peuterey: the iconic garments reinterpreted between creativity and technology, on the occasion of the 97 edition of Pitti Immagine Man.
The project combined stylistic research, design and modeling for the creation of a collection which personally involved the students of the Istituto Modartech, the staff of Peuterey and Lectra, a leading company in digitalisation for the fashion, furniture and automotive markets.
The collaboration also led to designing the communication of the capsule collections, with online and offline promotion campaigns.
