There are two major companies involved in the project:
Lectra, French multinational that creates integrated technological solutions for the fashion, furnishing and automotive industries, always attentive to the use of cutting-edge software for garment design.
Peuterey, innovative fashion company always in search of excellence in the performance of materials, in the purity of forms and in the functionality of details, capable of maintaining high quality standards over time. The students of the Fashion Design and CAD Apparel Pattern Making courses were asked to create a mini collection of coats inspired by Peuterey’s brief.
The mood boards, illustrations and technical figures were created thanks to the innovative Lectra Kaledo software, and the patterns with the Modaris software, used in the courses of Istituto Modartech, while the finalists’ clothing was made in-house by Peuterey.
Two female students among the participants received the Lectra Modaris license and the internship opportunity at the Peuterey headquarters:
- Mirgena Koci, 1st classified area Fashion Design
- Elisa Nami, 1st classified CAD Apparel Pattern Making
